Asking to fix my portal about my payment. I asked to cancel the facial treatments because it was a bad dream for me. My face got burnt from treatments. It should be only the lipo treatments in my account. The manager told me she already reached out them to closed the payment and it should donein 24 hrs. It was last month. But today the portal from email I received still the same amount I owe. Can u please help me with this. My husband is so ****** off about this issue. I'm wasting my money for this.
Light RX ***********, ** (stone oak) is a joke. Not once did they ever disclose any cancellation or rescheduling fees. Ive been coming here for a good year now and with every facial my face never improved! It just looks more burnt and scarred than ever before. They will overcharge you for treatments because they are thieves. Treatments that dont work.
I went into ************ location for a consultation and was excepted for financial assistance thru a credit union. I swear I thought eventually Id have to sign paperwork first before this theyd release $6000 over to LightRx in my name. Terrible company. Before I purchased the sculptra pack, they were calling regularly. Now that I am not able to finish the last 2 treatments and I have requested a refund for the last two treatments this company has gone ghost. I have called the manager, headquarters company and emailed them. It shouldn't take all thus hassle to get a refund. The worst part is they aren't saying No, they aren't saying anything. Cant believe I doesnt over $2000 for treatments Im unable to use at this point. Lifestyle has changed severely since I was home full time with my kids while in virtual school. I had a full time tutor which allowed me to make my appointments. Now that Ive had to return to work full time and get my 3 kids to their various after school activities I dont have the time or anyone to watch my kids to make appointments. Really wish Id been able to at least get the money back for what Im unable to use. Horrible policy.

I was injured during laser lipo. I sustained nerve damage and a second degree burn. I saw three doctors, two specialists and had several appointments at a wound clinic for treatment. It’s been painful. From the beginning I received bad advice from the clinic location during the appointment in which I was injured and immediately after. I received several services from the Indianapolis location. Treatments included legacy, Tummy Laser Lipo, and Viva (or stretch mark treatment). Absolutely nothing worked! Particularly, rectifying scars caused by stretch marks. I was shown several pictures of scars (much more prominent than mine) that were "apparently" transformed because of the stretch mark procedure. Where do I begin? I purchased a groupon for six treatments. NOTHING was explained well, I was immediately encouraged to apply for TWO different financing offers so that I could "get everything I wanted done." -- Besides the fact that she had me apply to 2 different companies when one would have covered the monies needed for my treatment (and this is all BEYOND my original six I was supposed to get ...) The staff is pleasant but when I begin getting where I couldn’t go back due to arthritis and now I have skin cancer I requested a refund on remaining and was told no. I’m need the refund to care for my skin with a dermatologist and treatment for my back. I’m still paying $3000 on my credit card for treatments.
