This is the 3rd property I've purchased through Melody. She is extremely knowledgeable and comes to the table prepared. She knows the value of the property and won't let me overpay simply to close a deal. She works for MY best interest which is why i continue to use her services. We bought and sold with Lisa Birdsong. It was our 7th home as we’ve bounced across the nation in the last 18 years. Lisa is the cream that rises to the top in our moving experiences. She was phenomenal on both the buying and selling side which is rare to find in an agent. She is the perfect blend of professional and fun. Melody was awesome. She was very helpful and went beyond the norm to find a rental house for me. On the day of move-in, there was a slight hiccup. She came to the rental and stayed with me until we knew I was going to be taken care of by the landlord. I will not hesitate using her again.
