Melody did an excellent job helping us navigate a challenging Seller's market in the Prosper/Celina area. She performed detailed analysis on competitive pricing for the area and also devised several creative marketing campaigns to highlight our home over competitive builder offerings. Wendy was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire home buying experience. She listened to our needs and wants and was able to suggest homes and locations that were exactly what we were looking for. We would not have been able to find the perfect home with her.
