I had the most marvelous experience with Sarah Fallin and the Lisa Birdsong group. My house had been on the market with another realtor for almost 4 months when I decided to switch realtors. I got an offer in 1 day with Sarah! Need I say more? Yes, she worked with me all through the selling process, even coming by my work to pick up documents when my schedule was hectic and we needed to get something done. I had my home for sale and on the market with another agent for almost 8 months. The showings were a minimal and only had 1 low ball offer which was not accepted. I was already frustrated with the agent not offering the service I deserve knowing our Home showed well inside and outside.
