Working with Melody was a fantastic experience. She is someone who truly cares about her clients. From the moment she walked in our front door, we felt comfortable and relaxed about the whole process. She's knowledgeable and on top it! I had my home for sale and on the market with another agent for almost 8 months. The showings were a minimal and only had 1 low ball offer which was not accepted. I was already frustrated with the agent not offering the service I deserve knowing our Home showed well inside and outside. Okay, I work for a company where they say if you rate everything at the maximum value that you can't be telling the truth. I disagree with that statement. Wendy is 5 star in everything!!!! She made the home searching process flawlessly easy and when I found what I was looking for, she and I seemed to be on the same page when it came to negotiation.
