Moving is always stressful. But add a divorce, relocating for a new job, and moving three counties over can be a bit much. Denise was God Sent during this time for me. She was an unexpected angel, and she made the IMPOSSBILE happen. She was able to find me a house, help me get approved for a loan, and close ALL within 2 weeks during Christmas and New Years. I would recommend these ladies on Lisa Birdsong Group to anyone and everyone!

If you don't use Melody to sell/buy your home then you would be doing yourself and your family a disservice. Relocating from the So Cal area to North Texas, Denise was so instrumental in coordinating the move and standing in my place for the home walk through when I could not make it. Also understanding the area and potential for the area was key for me.

I couldn't be more impressed with Mel and her desire to go above and beyond for her clients. Her "whatever it takes" attitude really does set her apart from others. She is prompt in her communication and knows her stuff!! The sale of my home was seamless and she truly held my hand the entire way. Wendy was amazing. She helped us look at homes and when we decided on a new build she was a blessing. It took about 6 months for the new build and she was there every step of the way. She made sure every party was aware of what was going on and things kept moving forward. I cannot recommend Wendy enough.
