I can't speak highly enough of my experience with Wendy. Her professionalism, knowledge, honesty, and work ethic are respected. She made sure I was well informed and in agreement with everything taking place. She anticipated every move and ready to counter professionally through out the process. Most importantly, she was always on our side working to make the purchase as successful as possible. I was pretty scared buying my first house, but Wendy was there every step of the way. She helped me with every little detail and made sure that I was on the right track. She explained everything in detail so I understood what I was doing. She was always quick to respond to every communication and is master at what she does. I already told her that I would use her services again in any home related transactions in the future.

We had an amazing home buying experience using the Lisa Birdsong Group. It was a tough housing market when we bought and they did everything they could possibly do to make the experience smooth and easy. Our realtor, Michele, when above and beyond to help meet our needs. She quickly answered any questions or concerns we had.
