I got connected with Melody through the Lisa Birdsong Group. Melody was the best realtor I could ask for when searching for my first home. She took time to understand what I wanted and was diligent for weeks to help me find the perfect home. She offered great advice and I never doubted she would steer me wrong. Melody is charismatic, persevering, and a great asset in searching for a home. I can't imagine my home buying process with anyone else.

My husband and I were so fortunate to get Karen as our home buying companion. She was SO attentive and responsive and spent many weekends house hunting with our family. We couldn't have asked for a better realtor!!! She not only researched the areas and homes we liked, but made sure we had up to date information almost daily. Denise held our hand through the whole process and was always available when we needed her. AND we needed her a lot!!! This was a new experience for us and we had lots of questions. Because of her expertise in the market, we felt completely confident in our purchase. It's always a big decision to buy a home and we are truly thankful we had Denise on our side.

I thought the experience was amazing the first time around, they have only gotten better with even more customer service and greater attention to detail. Denise had great communication with us. She knows her market and spent a great deal of time researching and reaching out locally and across state lines to get our house sold. She was also professional and thorough when representing us on our new build. Denise does not hesitate to be sure her clients are getting all their needs met. We would highly recommend Denise and were very pleased with her services!

Melody was amazing! I had my home list with a different realtor for 5 months and there was very little activity, so I cancelled me contract. I contacted Melody Lehmann with Coldwell Banker and within 3 weeks she had my house sold. Melody was amazing! She was always on the ball, very professional, very responsive and helped me a lot with the contractors, that were needed. Melody also help me find my new home and made the whole process go very smooth. I would highly recommend Melody, she makes things happen.

I met Wendy at an open house and from that moment forward, she was consistent, accommodating, and caring. Coming from another state, Wendy took the time to explain the differences in the home buying process. She worked around our busy schedule and even played with our son as we looked over properties. From start to finish she was right by our side researching, answering texts, and even delivering cashiers checks when I was unavailable. Buying a home can be stressful, Wendy makes the situation feel winnable!
