My girlfriend and I are moving to Texas from IL. I got connected with Karen via a Zillow inquiry. She messaged me almost immediately and that promptness has continued throughout the entire process. My realtor was Michele Cervenak. She was amazing. We were out of state buyers and she facilitated so many tasks that were above and beyond her call of duty as a realtor. I would highly recommend her as a realtor. I am also happy to say she has become my first friend n Texas. Even after the sale she continues to ask what we need. I am blown away at her kindness. I swear Karen was our guardian angel! As first-time home buyers my husband and I were clueless. Wendy was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She helped us get a new lender when our first one fell through and the process went smoothly with her help. She responded quickly to emails and calls.
