We had a great experience at Lithia Nissan. No pressure to buy which was a huge plus for us and our sales guy Bill Krebs was great to work with! Everyone was amazing! They are friendly, knowledgeable, and not pushy! James Hunt was my salesperson. He was personable and helpful. He helped me with my decision without being pushy. It was a very good experience. Tanner Dougherty in Finance was helpful and friendly.
I scheduled the same day and was in and out in about an hour. I had a lube, oil and filter, battery replacement and new wipers installed. JJ, my usual service manager, was busy with a customer so Cord stepped in and got my service started. Everyone was extremely nice and JJ came to get me as soon as the work was completed.
