Great service! Mike was very helpful and only smiled when he explained to me that my key fobs, that had been pretty much nonfunctional for several months, was due to me having the batteries in upside down. I wouldn't have been able to keep a straight face.

I brought my car in for it's regular oil change. Since i didn't want to wait I dropped it off in the morning before work, I was given a courtesy ride to work. Now given I had dropped off my car and had no transportation that day I was extremely disappointed that I wasn't picked up from work at the end of the day so I could pick up my car. That makes no sense. I asked the driver who gave me the ride to work and he got off work before I needed picked up, he got off at 4:00 and I couldn't leave earlier than 4:30 and he did not ... read more
