I appreciated being able to get in and out quickly with an oil change during my lunch hour. ALSO, it was wonderful to be able to get in and out of your parking lot this time. Usually there are so many cars that make it impossible for me to maneuver through your lot. very easy this time.
We had a great experience at Lithia Nissan. No pressure to buy which was a huge plus for us and our sales guy Bill Krebs was great to work with! I would say out of all my car buying experience this was one of the best. I would highly recommend Bill Krebs ask for him if you are wanting a smooth easy car buying experience!
Tanner is fabulous. Needed another car from accident. Our Nissan 2012 Versa was totaled. And James helped us find that car. They were good to us.

Everyone was amazing! They are friendly, knowledgeable, and not pushy! James Hunt was my salesperson. He was personable and helpful. He helped me with my decision without being pushy. It was a very good experience. Tanner Dougherty in Finance was helpful and friendly.
I scheduled the same day and was in and out in about an hour. I had a lube, oil and filter, battery replacement and new wipers installed. JJ, my usual service manager, was busy with a customer so Cord stepped in and got my service started. Everyone was extremely nice and JJ came to get me as soon as the work was completed.
JJ in service is friendly and fast. Thank you guys for fixing my car! And doing it in a timely manner. I will definitely be back!

Cord, in service department, has always helped us with our oil changes in the truck & now with the alignment & other repairs in our Pontiac!
I was really impressed with the amount of inventory available to chose from. Kory and Tanner were professional to work with without being stuffy and intimidating. I was impressed with the pricing and very pleased to be able to get my new car within my budget! NO HASSEL! LOVED IT!!
