Your staff. Polite, helpful. All went out of their way to make sure that I knew what I needed about my vehicle. Your finance officer listened and kept my payments within my budget and explained my warranty and terms for my vehicle.
As usual, good service with a friendly attitude. Did not have an appointment but service was performed in a timely manner. In another recent experience on my Infiniti there was a problem. My oil change was delayed. Service apologized for the delay and gave me the oil change for free without any prompting from me. I have been using Lithia Nissan regularly for 7 years.
There is a Lithia dealership who I go to in Roseburg when I can't make it to Eugene for service and there is just a might and day difference in service at lithia nissan.

I was looking to buy a Honda CRV when I spur of the moment pulled into Lithuanian Nissan and test drove a Rogue. The minute I got in I knew this was the car for me and the place to get it!
As always JJ took really good care of me and my car, it is so nice to have people who REALLY care about taking care of the customer.
The sales and finance team worked well together and the entire process was very efficient. Sales team was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the vehicles. The finance team was quick, knowledgeable and able to run comparisons of payments with different down payment amounts; as well as lease vs purchase. I highly recommend the Lithia Nissan team!
