I would recommend this dealership to anyone. The staff were excellent. Ryan Johnson and Steve Herron were out salesmen. They were professional yet warm and friendly. I felt like they had an honest interest in us as people. Dennis the finance man was great also. He was professional and quick and also was very warm and friendly. They all three gave us a great experience and great deal. We love our new car!

My car alternator died and took my battery with it on a Wednesday night. I took my car in Thursday morning, without an appointment, and had my car back before the end of the work day.
I ate way too much popcorn while waiting. My other complaint was that I brought the past two days editions of the Register Guard so I could catch up on local news, but I didn't even finish one of them because the service was too fast. This wasn't even a scheduled service appointment - it was a "drop in" for an oil change. Other service needs were identified and resolved.
My experience purchasing a new Nissan Altima SR was a pleasure due to the salesperson Steve Herron. Steve was a great listener and did his very best to get me into the car that I wanted for such a good price. He valued my trade in and gave me the best deal on my new car. He called me after the sale to make sure I was doing well with my car and to see if I had any questions. He truly wanted me to be so happy with my purchase which I am! This is my second Maxima that I have purchased through Lithia Nissan of Eugene. Every one has always treated my wife and I like family. There was a problem with my 2017. The service staff got to work on it right away. The people from the factory were involved also I believe. The problem was identified and a new part expedited to Eugene, installed and working great.
