This is my second Maxima that I have purchased through Lithia Nissan of Eugene. Every one has always treated my wife and I like family. There was a problem with my 2017. The service staff got to work on it right away. The people from the factory were involved also I believe. The problem was identified and a new part expedited to Eugene, installed and working great. Ricardo Mora (our sales person) had a good working knowledge of the Dodge trucks I wanted to see, & really took the time to find out my needs. We drive over to Eugene from Florence for service here - it's worth the trip. Always taken on time and completed when promised. Everyone is courteous and pleasant, the waiting room is comfortable and the pop corn is great. We can always depend on great service and having it done right the first time!

Steve was great. He showed me a bunch of cars in my price range and I didn't like any of them. He took in all of my considerations and found a car with everything on my list. It was absolutely perfect, except for the price (it was 3000 over my original and desired budget). They worked flexibly (extremely considerate and flexible) with my budget, as I am a college student, and can't afford a crazy payment every month.
