We drive over to Eugene from Florence for service here - it's worth the trip. Always taken on time and completed when promised. Everyone is courteous and pleasant, the waiting room is comfortable and the pop corn is great. We can always depend on great service and having it done right the first time!

Steve was great. He showed me a bunch of cars in my price range and I didn't like any of them. He took in all of my considerations and found a car with everything on my list. It was absolutely perfect, except for the price (it was 3000 over my original and desired budget). They worked flexibly (extremely considerate and flexible) with my budget, as I am a college student, and can't afford a crazy payment every month. Really appreciate the fast, courteous, professional service department at Lithia Nissan in Eugene, OR. We called requesting the rear hatch glass be replaced due to rock shatter damage, and JJ ordered the part quickly, arranged for the glass repair man to be there when we arrived, and also addressed brake squeak and oil leak problems too. He worked us in quickly, and within 2.5 hours we were all good and back on the road headed home. Thanks JJ for your excellent service,and it's always a true pleasure to see you!
Drop in oil change and they did a couple of recall items at the same time. It was quick getting in but took a little longer due to the recall items
