Really appreciate the fast, courteous, professional service department at Lithia Nissan in Eugene, OR. We called requesting the rear hatch glass be replaced due to rock shatter damage, and JJ ordered the part quickly, arranged for the glass repair man to be there when we arrived, and also addressed brake squeak and oil leak problems too. He worked us in quickly, and within 2.5 hours we were all good and back on the road headed home. Thanks JJ for your excellent service,and it's always a true pleasure to see you!
Drop in oil change and they did a couple of recall items at the same time. It was quick getting in but took a little longer due to the recall items
Service writer explained what service needed to be done at this time and what could wait until next service date pricing was great and fast!

Prepaid oil change with complimentary tire rotation. Perfect. Detail guys even washed it for me. Hour wait. Wish I could make an appointment but after two oil changes neither wait was much over an hour.
Ryan Thompson went out of his way and beyond the call of duty to help me with a problem: flat tire on my new Murano the first day I drove it, and it was on Saturday of Memorial Day weekend. He gave me good advice for getting it changed to the spare and cautioned me not to drive it a long distance or too fast. It was promptly repaired Tuesday morning.
