My son was so excited to get his first car as adult . But excitement quickly turned to doom as he didn't even get home before he was having issues with his new to him Nissan Titan. I wouldn't give them any stars if that was an option. came from central Oregon to get a used pickup they had, we did a test drive for a short bit and then decided to make the purchase. we left and on our way home the truck wouldn't hold oil pressure, went back and the manager promised to "take care of us" and if the problem continued to let him know. on our way home the check engine light came on and when we spoke to the manager he "called" the dealership in bend and they proceeded to tell us there was nothing they could do.... read more

The sales people are great! The parts department is great! The service department is the worst I have ever dealt with. We purchased two brand new vehicles there and I will never step foot in there again because of the service department. Twice now we have made appointments and twice we have sat for hours, waiting for our car to even be moved into the building. When we dropped our 2024 Leaf for a computer recall we were presented with a major list of strongly suggested maintenance needs coming to over a $1000! I was shocked a basically new vehicle would need that much work not under warranty. My suspicions were heightened went I recognized a $200 maintinance for the EVAC system which is for gasoline vapor recycling, since the LEAF is an EV there is no EVAC! it was k experience just watch the sales on warranty you may be able to get the same warranty threw the lender & be wayyyyy cheaper:))))

If you MUST buy here, Don’t buy the service contract they conn you into at signing. They don’t tell you it’s ONLY lithia shops you can go to - which is a total scam in itself - and good luck getting an appointment within a month. If you’re outside 40 miles from one? Tough luck. Took two months to fix a blown hose last year, and now we have a blown engine (?) but can’t even get it LOOKED at for another month cuz they’re ‘so booked’. Worst sale management I have ever seen. They change the price after we finish all the paper work.
The saddest looking dealership in the area. Technicians in torn overalls. Crowded parking lot with clutter all around. Near empty vending machines in the waiting room. Inappropriate posters and chuckies in the service entrance room. Empty accessories shelfs. Salespeople without dignity. Clean toilets and polite service consultant.

This place is an absolute joke. I just bought a truck from them. Within 30 mins of driving it off the lot, CEL comes on. Seems as if they cleared the code for the test drive. And then I went back the next day to turn in more paperwork and tell them about the check engine light. Service desk gave us the run around and said there’s nothing they could do.
