If you MUST buy here, Don’t buy the service contract they conn you into at signing. They don’t tell you it’s ONLY lithia shops you can go to - which is a total scam in itself - and good luck getting an appointment within a month. If you’re outside 40 miles from one? Tough luck. Took two months to fix a blown hose last year, and now we have a blown engine (?) but can’t even get it LOOKED at for another month cuz they’re ‘so booked’. Worst sale management I have ever seen. They change the price after we finish all the paper work.
The saddest looking dealership in the area. Technicians in torn overalls. Crowded parking lot with clutter all around. Near empty vending machines in the waiting room. Inappropriate posters and chuckies in the service entrance room. Empty accessories shelfs. Salespeople without dignity. Clean toilets and polite service consultant.
This place is an absolute joke. I just bought a truck from them. Within 30 mins of driving it off the lot, CEL comes on. Seems as if they cleared the code for the test drive. And then I went back the next day to turn in more paperwork and tell them about the check engine light. Service desk gave us the run around and said there’s nothing they could do. "Constantly Misleading" Absolutely horrible experience purchasing a vehicle, constant run-around. Was texting with sales rep to purchase a car, provided year, model, and price we were looking for. Sales rep confirmed that would work. Went to dealership to sign paperwork, turns out that he "misunderstood" and set it up for a different year vehicle, so he couldn't give us the price that was IN WRITING for the one we wanted. "Same old sleazy car salesman experience" We bought a 2015 Nissan Altima SL from the dealership about a month ago. It started out all right, the salesperson appeared helpful if not knowledgeable. Then when it came time to negotiate the price and inspect the car and complete the sale, they tried to hide defects, add unnecessary charges, and avoid their duties to make the car fit for sale. "Unsafe Company" Lithia Nissan of Eugene sold my husband and I a Nissan Frontier with a broken leaf spring that had a zip tie, clamps, and previously tape as a repair. We only took this truck to Nissan for repairs and oil changes and they never said anything about the leaf spring. The truck started to become really bumpy when going at higher speeds so we took it to Les Schwab because we thought it might be a tire issue. "Had my truck serviced under warranty " What a crock of #*%~ the warranty is! This place not only replaced the whole part do to a plastic clip breaking it was not covered under my warranty do to being plastic. The warranty center mislead me and told me I had to tow the car to a Lithia dealer, 94 mi from my home. They did not cover the tow. They also gave the truck back without vacuuming the truck, heater vent hanging down under steering column. So unhappy with the whole experience.
