Our experience with Lithia; Sales and Leasing Consultant, Rashid, felt very easy, comfortable, and most importantly fun! Our whole family came in. Didn't expect to come out with a car but we felt very accomplished with our first stop! Thank you very much for this wonderful and fun experience.We deffinetly recommend Nissan Lithia to very many car searchers!

I Alyssa Harvey was very impressed with the friendliness of the car salesman who helped me. He was very helpful with all of my questions and did everything possible to help me get into the car I wanted. I would and will most definitely be back.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience buying a new used car from Lithia Nissan over the weekend. The salesman was direct with his job and there was "no game playing" with the sale at all. He was able to get the best price and interest rates that allowed us the monthly payment we were prepared to pay. The paperwork was a bit long but was handled as quickly as possible by the financial manager. We will be back when we are ready to buy our next bew car. Thank you Lithia Nissan for a job well done.

We saw a vehicle on the website and made an appointment to see the vehicle for a few days later and when we arrived the vehicle had sold earlier that day but Aubrey and Billy went out of their way to help us and make sure we were looking only at vehicles in our price range, they even went to the Lithia Dodge dealer when I said they had a vehicle I would like to test drive and that is the vehicle I ended up buying. I was trying to respond to Brockman’s reply to my post. It felt like just a rubber stamp reply. No meaning what so ever. If Brockman wanted to fix this issue, he would need to become a man of his word. As I waited all day on Friday for his call, he didn’t even have the courtesy to text me. Even after my one star review, he could have reached out to see how he could make it right. Nothing. How incredibly telling when the manager is the representation of the service department acts in such a way.

Service department was horrible. I gave one star for the first appointment. I bought a used leaf and it was having issues with the CarPlay. Took it in and I was seen fairly promptly. They asked that I make a video of the issue and then send it to them. I did so promptly. NO response to the text or video clips I sent. Eric was the service person . Service department is a joke. I understand why Nissan is struggling. Was told the car had lifetime oil changes and then a few years in, was told no it had expired and was charged 96 for an oil change and no real inspection like the other dealers. Will not return unless it is the only option available. Too bad because this is my second Nissan and it used to be better.

The lack of attention to detail by the service mechanic makes me wonder if I even got the 60K service I paid over $2000+ for. In fact, I had to return the car the following week, so they could finish the assessment. Not the experience I expected from a Nissan dealer. When I dropped the car off I told them my main reason was to check the brakes & change the oil, but since I'm keeping the car I need the recommended 60K service which usually came with a mechanical assessment.
