I have had over 5 years of great experiences dealing with Lithia Nissan of Eugene. I've purchased three vehicles from this dealership and have never had a bad experience. My most recent purchase was a new Murano. I dealt with Steve Herron, Bill Krebs, and Chris Keown on the sales/finance side. They make the process of purcasing a vehicle very positive. Steve was great!!! He was no pressure!!! He found a car that was in my price range and a car that I loved. He didn't try to get me to buy something that I couldn't afford. He wasn't high-pressured when we were negotiating either. He is very honest and hard-working. He made getting my car the most pleasant experience that I ever had getting a car!

I bought my first Altima in 1999 for 22K and drove it for about eleven years. Loved that car. Recently I was in a head-on collision driving my second Altima and amazingly walked away. I swear that car saved my life. Bought my thrid 2012 Altima SL from this dealership and only paid $2000 more than my 1999 thirteen years ago (both cars were purchased brand new). This review is on Brandon Saboe: On arrival at Lithia Nissan, Brandon made his way over to greet I and my wife. He was very accommodating, offered to go across the street to the other lot and drive the 2004 mini cooper over to this lot where I and my wife could see and test drive it. Steve has been contacting me about new deals for Nissan cars after i first walked in the dealer, car-shopping with zero car knowledge. He helped me narrow down to Nissan Rogue and had been sending me emails for updates of possible good deals at my price range. He is very helpful and friendly and gave me a lot of information about cars in general. After visited many dealers, I came back to Nissan because of his customer service quality. Eventually I purchased a new Rogue and the price was not bad.

Steven did such a good job with this whole process. At first I was iffy about buying the car but then he brought me numbers that I couldn't refuse. He has good presence and has a very good work ethic. I am very please with his efforts.

I have always had a positive experience when I go to Lithia Nissan Service and Ken Anderson is the most competent, courteous, kind, reassuring, and upbeat service manager I have ever had the experience to deal with. He is always fair and I always leave with a smile.
