After looking at several dealerships for a small car with great gas mileage we decided to trade with Lithia Nissan based solely on their customer service. I am extremely pleased with my new Nissan Rogue and Steve Herron's service as well as Chris in finance and the service team manager in the back. I have never been given so much time and dedication by a salesperson at any other dealership. I came in because of receiving a flyer in the mail and just wanted to look. I personally have always purchased from Kendal (except while living in Arizona), but after the service I have received from Steve and the other departments, we will be shopping first at Lithia.
Tanner was very helpful and efficient in making sure I got the right vehicle and the best deal. I will recommend him to friends also looking into a new Nissan.
Fantastic car buying experience! Tanner listened to exactly what i wanted which made the entire process seem ridiculously easy.. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and lots of fun! Kory was extremely helpful too, and Dennis (my finance guy) was awesome! I'll definitely be back :)

My most recent purchase was a new Murano. I dealt with Steve Herron, Bill Krebs, and Chris Keown on the sales/finance side. They make the process of purcasing a vehicle very positive. Steve was great!!! He was no pressure!!! He found a car that was in my price range and a car that I loved. He didn't try to get me to buy something that I couldn't afford. He wasn't high-pressured when we were negotiating either. He is very honest and hard-working. He made getting my car the most pleasant experience that I ever had getting a car!
Everyone at this dealership had great customer service. They treated me with respect and did not hassle me at all! I loved working with Kyle he is a friendly guy who was willing to cater to my needs.
