Salesman fine. Detailer failed horribly. Left engine parts in trunk. Didn't put mats back in car and carpets not vacuumed so delivered in poor condition for being freshly detailed

Scheduled a test drive for the following day. Explained to the Sales Manager "A" that it'll take me 2.5 hours to get there. Arrived today only to be told the truck has been sold the day prior. No communication at all and wasted 5 hours of driving and not to mention my gas. Least he could of done was offer me a gas card and breakfast. Very unprofessional and bad business. Mike Largent refused to adequately repair my vehicle because I presented a coupon. He and Tanner Lawson were the two I talked with and they became upset when negotiating the prices to have work recommendations started on the vehicle. I was given a flash drive the was suppose to contain all purchase documents I signed. The flash drive was empty. Now three weeks later and I still do not have any purchase documents. I have had multiple people tell me they would take care of getting me the documents but nobody has followed through. I was promised a second key FOB and owner's manual but I have not received either one.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. This experience has been a nightmare from the beginning. The car I was interested in was listed for 16k, and that was the price we agreed on. I was financed and drove the car home. A couple of days later I got the finance paperwork and was actually financed for almost 21k. Lithia might come back and say Well, you signed the paperwork. Esperanza or “Espe” as they call her at Lithia Nissan Fresno, was unprofessional, not knowledgeable at all & explained things horribly. Aside from that she pushed items as “included with the price” when really they were additional charges. & let me not get to her email responses… the grammar & the way she words things proves she doesn’t know what she’s talking about. Bought a used truck from them and had it shipped to Colorado where I live. Truck arrived with the A/C and rear door electric window not working! Let them know about the problems many times, but they stopped communicating with me! Don't buy a vehicle there an try to register out of state! They issued a California Title when I told them I lived in Colorado? Been 4 months and still trying to get the truck registered in my name!
