"Came in on Saturday the 15th of February to get battery..." Came in on Saturday the 15th of February to get battery replaced. Name on receipt says Tanner Lawson. It was an older gentleman. Tanner dropped the ball and didn't inform the next employee after he left. Waited 3 1/2 hours to get battery replaced.

"The guy who sold me my vehicle was awful. He ripped me..." The guy who sold me my vehicle was awful. He ripped me off of another set of keys and was very aggressive. Because of him, I will take my business elsewhere for my next purchase. However, I’ve been using the service department for about 20 years. They all have always been wonderful.

"Light is out" An appointment was made to replace a light. Was informed that it wasn’t just a bulb but a part containing many components. Will wait until another light goes out to justify the $600.+ charge.
"Oil change" Made spot for oil change had coupon waited while car worked on car completed before I thought it would be. this is a pain in the butt that I have to keep completing this survey change your comment box it is not customer friendly this is the 5ymth and last time I will complete this I will delete it. Dont know the name of the girl who made appt for me dont know name of mechanic. Only know the name of the service writer. Is this enough
"Frustrating start but finished well" I was very upset when I arrived and was told they wouldn't have time to do my 90k mile service, which is what I had specifically made an appointment for to get it done before leaving on vacation. I went around and around with the salesman who seemed rather inexperienced. When I finally got him to get the manager, the manager told him to get it done. So, after everything, I did get the service done for which I had made my appointment.
"SUPER LONG WAIT." Jason who helped my out was awesome. Seriously what is the point of having an appointment for an oil Change?!?!!!!! You take it at the scheduled time they tell you and hour but it’s done in 3 hours!! So stupid! Poor management is the cause of this.
