I have a lifetime oil change through Lithia. I came to get a routine oil change and was told it would take no longer than an hour and a half. THREE hours later I was told my drain plug had been stripped (which was caused by them). No one communicated with me and I had to be the one to ask what was going on. Will not be coming back. Very frustrated.

Felt like the dealer was trying to get us to pay for extra stuff that we did not want. Had ask to not do the Swatt(lo jack) and the glass coat. Was told they can't and its mandatory. Seems odd.

This place will try and scam you and had the worst experience when I bought my car here will never go back

Not a so good experience…. spent 5 minutes waiting for a rep to pull a specific car I saw online to the front for me to view, they got me to only walk me around the entire lot asking if I like this car or that car (plus I didn’t see that car I was inquiring about on the lot). I informed the rep I was only interested in the one I came to see. Was told to wait again and that a manager was going to pull it out for me. All I can say is all the way from the top from management to salesman there is no communication no structure and basically no people skills and if you don’t get it in writing they will lie to you!!! Never going back neither should you!!!! Beware

This place was the worst experience I've had with a car dealership I went in there wanted to spend just a certain amount they doubled it bamboozled me and when I got to my senses the next day they wouldn't even return my car bad business just bad customer service sold me a cracked windshield even haven't got back to me to replace it The crustiest engine compartment I was so stupid but they played me and took full advantage of my ignorance never would I go there or recommend anyone to go there again

Shadiest Car dealership I've ever been too. Listed an amazing price on the website for the vehicle I wanted. Went in to drive and purchase. AFTER they had already ran my credit and had me sign for intent to purchase they showed me the actual price of the vehicle for a few thousand dollars more than listed BEFORE TAXES. When I told them that this was shady and predatory, Karo said "Well would you have come in if we didn't list that low price?" Don't go here! There are more honest dealerships that are competitively priced.

Poor post purchase customer service. Salesperson offered post purchase service saying if I need anything else to “let him know”. I needed some information regarding the leasing company and he can’t be bothered with it. Either ignoring me or telling me to call someone else. Extremely dissatisfied.

Buying a vehicle with Driveway. com has been nothing short of miserable. The process began in early June, the vehicle did’t ship until late July and delivered August 1st! I was told it would come with temp tags, it didn’t. Driveway neglected to tell me that because the vehicle was shipped from CA it wouldn’t have temp tags. I received a 20 day plate from NH DMV.
