Buying a vehicle with Driveway. com has been nothing short of miserable. The process began in early June, the vehicle did’t ship until late July and delivered August 1st! I was told it would come with temp tags, it didn’t. Driveway neglected to tell me that because the vehicle was shipped from CA it wouldn’t have temp tags. I received a 20 day plate from NH DMV. Went in to look at a Nissan, when I asked the price they quoted it was around $17K. I had been looking around so I felt that was high. He then mentions he can work with me on the pricing. I ask for his card and say I’ll think about it. I wait, he doesn’t bring his card out, he brings his boss (I’m assuming). He starts questioning why I don’t want it now. This Dealer stated that Cars. com “devalues” their car prices. The car salesman wouldn’t give a number and asked what cars.com’s number was. After the test drive, the supervisor of the salesman stated the price is $10.000 over what was stated on cars.com. I am curious about where the initial price of $25,900 came from, considering blue book was listed between $20,000-23,000. Dealership is unorganized and everyone you talk to will give you a different answer. Every time you go in you will be given a different value for your trade in. Stay away!

"I continue to have more problems from purchasing a used..." I continue to have more problems from purchasing a used car from this dealership. Yesterday, I received a toll violation on the car I traded in on Sept 30, 2021. That car is still registered in my name. The dealership did not sent in the transfer paperwork to DMV.

"I just delt with them thru driveway ... They have jerked..." I just delt with them thru driveway ... They have jerked me around about the sale the registration the mechanics &my registration. I have a car for over a month they never gave me tem plates still haven't registered my car I need plates to drive it . I am paying my first car payment & can't drive the car . "Don't buy a used car from this dealer. I bought a used..." Don't buy a used car from this dealer. I bought a used SUV less than a month ago. Many codes show car has mechanical issues. Dealer wouldn't do anything other than take it as a trade in for 4k less than I paid for it. Very dishonest place.

"I purchased I car in May 2021. Transmission went out..." I purchased I car in May 2021. Transmission went out August 2021. I called and talked to several employees including managers. Nothing was done about. They sold me a bad car!! How did it pass your inspection prior to selling it to me?? I had to pay $3,500 to get a new transmission. I will never purchase a vehicle from here nor recommend you. Absolutely unacceptable.

"They had our Titan for 4 days and didn’t complete the..." They had our Titan for 4 days and didn’t complete the minor repairs needed, and did not communicate at all. I took the truck in on Tuesday am and found out when I was finally able to reach them on Friday that they didn’t do all of the repairs.
