I’ve reached my limit with Lockhart Cadillac’s service department. Over the past year, my 2022 Cadillac Escalade has been in their shop three separate times for a total of 96 days (and counting) — and every single visit has come with the same excuse: “We’re waiting on parts.” It’s not 2020 anymore. I purchased a used car from Lockhart Cadillac in July. I was promised a replacement back for the key fob since it was missing. I called 1 month later, and still no replacement. I called my sales person 2 weeks ago (2 months, from original sale date), left a message and still no return call. i would have given a good review but it's like they don't ever want our repeat business.
If you’re expecting upscale service from a Cadillac dealer, you won’t find it with Lockhart. As a Cadillac owner for several decades, this dealership has been going downhill for some time. If you need to communicate with them for anything, from completing a purchase to simple follow up, expect to have to make 10-12 calls before they bother to get back to you. The whole dealership has become very disappointing. It’s unfortunate they are the only game in town.

They’re extremely unethical in their business. Go else where. They don’t stand behind their word or GM brand.
Working with Jocie was a great experience, until she wanted to buy a puppy she couldn’t afford nor paid for and bartered for a discount on a car trade that Lockhart won’t honor. Beware of employees that work at this dealership! And the dealership not backing financial deals employees make!
Absolute terrible experience, just to be clear I have owned 9 GM Tahoe, Yukons, Silverado, and Sierras and never had a major issue. I have also owned Land Rover, Jaguars and even a Bentley and I am extremely disappointed with the purchase of my BRAND NEW Escalade ESV diesel. The moment I drove it home I texted my saleswoman about the issue and it has been in service pretty much since then. I recently had both sales and service experiences with Lockhart Cadillac, and unfortunately, they fell short of expectations on multiple fronts. Firstly, upon purchasing a new XT5, I encountered issues with the heated seats.
