Recanting my review: 3 months later I’m finding more and more hi g wrong with the car and I either have to chase someone down to speak with or they are ZERO help at all. Christina was great but the sales team SUCKS. Once you drive off they truly could care less. Great customer service! Christina is soooo AMAZING! So happy with my choice to go with them!

Bought a vehicle for my 17 yo daughter on 6/12 at the Greenwood location. We never received the title and the paper plates are almost expired so we had to call and inquire with them regarding this delay. Gentleman by the name of Jeff who identified himself as the General Manager contacted us and said there was nothing they could do about the delay although it was their responsibility to get us the paperwork. Drove an hour and a half after verifying that they had the XT5 available to see. Arrived and told that they had the vehicle but could not show or sell. Sent us on our way. Another hour and a half later I am fumed. Should have offered to compensate us or something. Very unprofessional.
Our car sat at the Greenwood dealer for almost 3 weeks and we got it back in worse condition. and were told it's our responsibility to pay for the shattered screen that happened there. I cant believe how bad their quality is. We will never buy a Cadillac again and we have easily convinced many people not to buy one either and will continue to do so. And not to mention, no one has returned our calls since this happened. Terrible place and car.

My daughter-in-law recently bought a green mustang at this dealership and has had issues with it from day one. First the gas gauge doesn’t work and second, the dealership supposedly fixed a heater issue before she took delivery of the car. Now her heater core has gone out and they are totally ignoring her and her attempts to reach them to resolve this issue!! How could anyone conduct business like this and hope to get a good review?! I would never buy from this place! Stay away.

I bought my 2012 Cadillac from Lockhart. They knew when they sold it to me that there existed a very expensive lighting problem, but they sold it anyway. I finally saved the money to fix the lights, took it to Lockhart service department a couple of weeks ago. They put substandard bulbs, charged me $300+ dollars and I still have no sufficient headlights. I took it back and complained and the service manager kinda blew me off....and did not fix the problem. Terrible communication, drove there (a very good bit out of the way), with an appointment, and was told, once there, that they sold the car. A phone call would have changed all of this.
