My experience could not have been worse. To make a long story VERY short, several promises were not kept, after 5 trips to the service department in 5 weeks and my car being in the shop literally more than in my garage those first 5 weeks, the problem is finally fixed. (or at least I hope so). I would never purchase a Cadillac to begin with because I don’t like utilitarian vehicles made in the USA but especially not from these people who think it’s comical to joke about price gauging while they bully people over social media. 10/10 would recommend checking out their TikTok before you decide to purchase. I stand by what I said. I’ve been in management for years, and I would fire the social media administrator. Not a good look.

Vehicle delivered without quoted options. After nearly two months, there has yet to be any resolution. The sales manager Matt contacted me and assured me that we can resolve the issue. There has been no real attempt to resolve the issue. The only option provided at this point has been to purchase another vehicle at lesser value and pay more dollars. One of the worst dealers I have ever dealt with. Reminds me of the dealers in Cicero ave in Chicago. Lying, no calling back, rude, hanging up on you. Read the 4 and 5 star reviews they are obviously fake.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. When the car I purchased from Lockhart just three weeks prior had mechanical issues the people in the service department, and especially a particular salesperson were extremely rude, denying any responsibility in making the necessary repairs. Yes, it is understood that used cars come as is, however Lockhart boasts that their used cars go through a very extensive inspection prior to hitting their lots. The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Bought a car off of them 2 months ago and the technician misdiagnosed an issue with the car. Ended up needing $8000 worth of work to fix so I had to sell the car within 2 months. I’m still waiting on the title work for said car, but nobody can call me back and give me an update or an excuse as to why I’m still waiting. Never shop for a vehicle here. Especially used. Their techs guess at the issues and customers get screwed over.

Offered 8-9k less than two other dealerships on a trade. It took two days to get a document to me that should have taken about 20-30 minutes to do. Wouldn’t do business with them ever.
