Lon Smith was spectacular! I had a lot of anxiety about choosing a roofing company --it was my first experience in filing a claim and replacing a roof. They were friendly, courteous and extremely patient (I had a zillion questions). They made the entire roof replacement process easy and painless, from start to finish. The sales person was friendly and courteous. He gave me the good price and followed up with the installation schedule. The installation contractor was professional and he answered all the questions I had. He measured the dimensions from inside the attick to be sure that the hole is between the rafters. He adjusted the turbine to match with the pitch of the roof so that it will be leveled and rotate perfectly. The experience was exceptional! Shawn Michael came to meet with me to look at my roof. He then came back to go over the estimate with me and went over it line by line. He gave me the dates for repair. The roofers came on that date, completed the work in a timely manner and cleaned up after themselves. Would highly recommend this company.

Lon Smith roofing finished our roof in two half days, cleaned up and put back all of our outdoor furniture, then sent someone to check twice within a week! Our bill was promptly sent and emails were always quickly responded to answer any questions!

My Father in law contracted Lon Smith Roofing to replace his roof due to Hail Damage. During this period my Father in law got sick and had to be put in to hospice. my wife and I contacted Lon Smith and the professionalism that they casted was outstanding. the roofing crew arrived at 630am and stayed until 830pm taking reasonable breaks for lunch and heat relief. They preformed the work quickly and efficiently. The work was completed next morning the crew arrived 630am and was done with the roof by 915am. They performed a remarkable job of cleanup of nails and roofing materials leaving the area around my house as clean as it was before they arrived to do the work. This is the second time I've used Lon Smith. Both times were excellent.
