I have the worest experience with this dealership. Their service departmen kept my Van for 3 months , whenever I call, they always told me, parts will be in a week, even after 3 months they didn't have the parts.AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP !!!!!!

Great service, very detailed on the soecific job that needs to be worked on even have photo on the problem, no need to wait for the vehicle because they provide shuttle, ahout out on richard for giving awesome service and patience on a first time owner on ram trucks like me, appreciate the advice thanks!

This place has the loudest intercom in all of Edmonton, you can hear it 4 blocks away. Asking them to turn it down gets you no where, they just do not care about the community. Shop elsewhere.

I purchased a brand new vehicle from this dealership for top dollar only to find out it was sold without a block heater- after specifically turning down another vehicle we were negotiating on because among other things it did not have one either and would have added additional costs. Purchased a “cold weather package” which I assumed included the block heater- apparently not. Tried to ask the salesman for assistance and couldn’t even get a return phone call from him. So very disappointed.

A clusterfuck almost from square one. Way to much to say in such a short message. First time I had to f bomb to get something done. The list is endless. Never again with them or Chrysler.

The process took quite a while to fix. You ordered the wrong part which added almost a week of my vehicle being in your shop. It was not even fixed properly and I was having issues. Brought it back and they told me nothing was wrong with it. Still having issues my dad ended up fixing it for me. Very unimpressed.

Buyer be aware do your research I will never deal with them again Should of look in wetaskawin truck sales for less They played with the # until they almost got my tread for free and i believe they over charge for the new one My advice to you is stay away from them go check in wetaskawin

Had an appointment for 11AM for oil change and two software recalls dropped off vehicle at 10:45 AM and told it would be done around 3:00 PM . Received a text at 11:45AM that I needed a front end alignment for $180. As I had an alignment a week earlier I said not to do alignment.
