I didn't get consistent status updates on my vehicle, transportation to dealership was subpar due to poor Uber service, expectations we unclear for when my vehicle would be ready and they did not take my email, so I can't give them meaningful feedback.

Grease residue was on front drivers side fender. Cleaned it off to discover scratches. Hopefully it will buff out. Also toonies and loonies and a $ 10.00 bill went missing from center console after service. Very disappointed most likely won’t be returning there.

I recently brought my car in for an oil change and left with an estimate for repairs totalling near $10,000. I took my vehicle into another shop and received an estimate for near the same repairs at a fraction of the cost. I won’t be back to Londonderry.

Bought my ram 1500 from Londonderry dodge brand new in 2019. Exactly 2 weeks after warranty expired my rear transfer case needed work, that costed $2500 then a month later my A/C failed, costing another $1000. What’s next? Bought two trucks back to back from them, won’t ever buy there again.

As always with this dealership. I bought a $6000 extended warranty on my 2020 wrangler and it hasn’t covered the driver seat breaking The drivers sun visor busted off recently. Not covered. What is covered is tire rotation and oil changes. The sales manager said ridiculous things like … if you tore up the seat we would put a new on in no cost. If you slammed into a curb. Took in due to a bad battery and alternator. 1750 to change them. When car was returned the radio display and hvac controls don’t work even though mechanic said all diagnostics are ok. Made appointment for investigation but I don't want to pay another 1500.00. Wondering why this dealership returned in broken state. Looking for a possible solution.
