In the begining I had some issues and decided do not buy a car there anymore however Matt and Stefane called me and make bad experience became a good experience. I am happy that I was able to buy my car and I will recommend Londonderry dealership to my Friends and Family. Thank you Stefane and Matt. You guys rock!!!

unscrupulous service advisors. they keep pestering me to get service done on something that was done 6 months ago. also, I was told that they tires need to be replaced because they were worn out on one side, which were not.

We kept getting emails saying we had to replace stuff until it was over $2,000. We were just being pressured to buy a new vehicle when all we wanted was new tires. We will never come back or recommend you to anyone

Worst Dealer experience in 35 years. Will never go back. Ripped me off on the trade made up stuff on the bill of sale. Asked 3 times before I gave in and signed to give me my keys to trade in. Totally embarrassed my wife. Your finance guy kept flirting with her and trying to force her into signing and make myself look like an idiot. Then took this Compass back to your shop told it be done in one day it took 3. Then get it. It is totally dirty. The undercoating was sprayed on the rear tailgate sensor so it doesn't work. 3rd in line when service department opened. Was told that it would be a 1.5hour wait but somehow it was over 3 hours for just a simple oil change.
