Jim Depner did a great job of trying to diagnose the problem with my Pacifica.. He was very conscientious in doing so. In the end we’re hoping replacing both battery’s will solve the problem. I hope if anything does go wrong with my transmission in the future that my power train warranty which is two weeks over the 5 years will be honoured as Jim thinks it would be. If I do decide to buy another Pacifica I will come to Londonderry Chrysler.
