Honestly, the advisers are always great but I feel the service has gone down hill over the last year or two. I have an older vehicle and I don't know if the mechanics checking my vehicle out know how to do so without plugging it into a computer to see what's wrong. My last service fixed only 1 of the 4 issues. I'm thinking maybe older units are not Londonderrys area of expertise and I might have to go to a different mechanic used to working on older vehicles.
