Got my car in fast and was keeping in touch with me throughout the 2 days. Just wish it was a little cheaper. But I get it.

Customer service was excellent, I was standing there for about a minute before someone told me they are going to be with me soon. It took 2 hours for a tire swap, it would have been nice to be told when my car entered the bay.. Other than that, great service
