Oil change. Quickly. Thorough. Answered my questions. Regarding my windows
Jim Depner did a great job of trying to diagnose the problem with my Pacifica.. He was very conscientious in doing so. In the end we’re hoping replacing both battery’s will solve the problem. I hope if anything does go wrong with my transmission in the future that my power train warranty which is two weeks over the 5 years will be honoured as Jim thinks it would be. If I do decide to buy another Pacifica I will come to Londonderry Chrysler.
Very happy with the outcome thanks to the service team, Jamie, Raylene and I think the tech was Zach, did a great job diagnosing the issues and giving me multiple options on how to remedy those issues. I will be seeing them again for any future service. Great job all!!
Made things quick and easy, checked all the boxes I wanted in a new truck and complemented that on ensuring a couple things further I wanted amended will be completed this week. Happy customer!
