I had someone come out to give me a quote for a new metal roof. The man was in a bad mood, he was rude about our home. He acted and alluded that he knew everything, and we were idiots. He was offensive. Wrong color of tub and they have done nothing about it. **************** is the worse now that the job has been completed. Would never recommend them to anyone.

My husband and I were prospective Long Home Remodeling customers. We were pleased with the salesperson's help and design planning. Our problems began with discussing cost. Being the month changeover, the Sales *** noted to us that he wasnt sure what the February incentives were, with ******* incentives just ending. He was going to hold the quote of $$$ for us until the end of the week. We asked for a breakdown of cost between materials and labor and were told that couldnt be done. I would give zero stars if it was an option. Long Home does not honor their warranty. Its been almost 2 years and *** requested a repair on a door that cost me 10k. The day it was installed I made a complaint. They have yet to fix it. Ive made many phone calls only to be given the run around. I will never purchase from this company again.

HORRIBLE!!! Zero stars! A tub and shower install where they put in the WRONG TUB TOTALLY!!! Huge mistake! Spent hours and hours with sales getting the specifications and look that my wife wanted. Was expensive price but she wanted it. Went through scheduling and everything seemed ok despite confused customer communications. Then finally the install came and all seemed smooth. Long Home quoted us a price for redoing our bathroom, that included leaving the custom marble shelves. When the workers arrived, the ******* came in and looked at the job and said they couldn't do it. I then spoke with their construction manager who also said they could not do the job without taking out the marble shelves. This was written in the contract to keep them. The crew left. Buyer beware: always record your conversation with the marketing person and read the fine print carefully. After signng a contract on 1st April 2025 after a 2-hour pitch and emphasizing that I would be leaving the country on the 14th of May, I agreed to pay $20,339 for remodeling of a small guest bathroom - which I assumed would involve tiles and a job done within 4-6 weeks (the website actually claims "less than a day"!).
