Excellent sales people as they really "sold me" on their products, service and company. Disaster! Little/poor/no communication; first install of bath/shower done timely but clearly wrong, as we had a pool of water in our basement. Project Mgr came out to check work and opened pipe area and commented, "OH, MY G>D!" Redid work and had to repair downstairs bath ceiling. No one returned my texts and no followup on work done. Beware of this company! From the first misleading Sales pitch to the final result, it was a nightmare. The product can only be cleaned with certain cleaners and the installation is held together with Caulking. The rough work had to be redone, and the inspections were not scheduled in a timely manner. The first inspection failed. The job implied a 1-3 day install and it took almost one month. I had to use a shower at a friend's house or the gym. I had a significantly poor experience with my bathroom project. My project was scheduled to begin on a Tuesday with projected completion within the promised 3 to 5 days. There were innumerable instances of poor communication, lack of follow through and mismanagement. My numerous phone calls to reach the project manager, went unanswered until late Friday afternoon when I contacted the sales representative. WILL NOT STOP CALLING ME! I reached out to them for initial quotes and ended up going with another company and they will not stop harassing me. I block numbers and they end up calling from different numbers. It won't stop!
A complete update of a bathroom. Signed the contract with the understanding I would get pictures of a medicine cabinet and lighting for my bathroom update as the sales person did not have them readily available And said would send them immediately. Did not arrive on day scheduled. Called and had heated discussion and agreed to the next day (Saturday). Crew arrived as re-scheduled and installation went well. Crew was respectful of property with only a drain pipe connection damaged. Crew cleaned up inside and outside. After they left I discovered that two end caps on windows were missing. Called and talked to Monique who was very helpful, sent her pics of what I needed and she indicated that they would be sent to me. That was Oct. 26, 2024. Still waiting for end caps 11 ... read more
Do not trust all the reviews you read they give you discounts to give a good review. we are nothing but disappointed in their service. The salesman gave a lengthy and well thought out pitch (4 hours to be exact) about how great their work is. And unfortunately we bought it. We thought we were paying top dollar to receive a top dollar roof. That is far from the truth. Worst Company I have ever dealt with!!!! I invited this company into my home to give me pricing on remodeling (2) showers. The salesman Mykola M****** led me to believe we were remodeling (2) showers. I picked out the design for both bathrooms, we negotiated the price and settled on it. Definitely would not recommend this company at all. tried several times to contact Matt M** the office manager to cancel our contract written on August 26, 2024. The same day we signed we gave the salesman a deposit check #**** in the amount of $1,135.00. The contract was for manufacture of 6 standard replacement windows for the total amount of $11,957.00 minus the deposit.
