Total scam . Salesman came out and gave us a consultation. After 3 hours I had signed the contract, given them a deposit and was told they would be out in mid October. Today after more than 3 weeks I received an email they refunded my deposit. No call, no explanation. I contacted the sales gentleman who responded he would look into it and call me back, He texted my job was out of their scope. I purchased a new roof from Long Home Products. I haven't had a problem with my roof. I was offered and accepted a loan from *****************, a lender from Long Home, that I thought was a great fit; however, to my dismay, this was not the case. If they offer you a loan with ****************, I highly encourage you to RUN FAST!!

We had a new deck window pane door installed, also a new storm door in Nov. 2024. The storm door doesnt close or lock properly. I ve been calling Long Home since April and its now August, my door remains the same. Long Home has made appts to come out which resulted in no call, no show. We paid over 7k, and deserve better customer care, and a product thats completely functional. I call today and spoke with ***** who was very professional and in getting me another repair date of Aug. 22nd. See tuned!

Though the work we had done was great, they told my husband that all workers would have harnesses, this was not true when they came to do the roof. We then initially were going to finance our payment, I did initially ask if we could pay it outright afterwards, they said yes. So, we paid it outright to them. They let almost 2 months go by without notifying the loan company that we paid them in full which affected our credit score for 5 months.

Not professional - I made an appointment with them and the representative never showed. I did not receive any notification that they were not coming. After waiting I finally called them and was cavalierly told they forgot to call.

Don't walk, run from this company! We had a new shower install (had existing shower) in NH. Everything the salesperson told us was a lie. First time I've ever been scammed. She misrepresented the material telling us that the stone was cheaper than the acrilyc; but the installer told us the opposite, which I had an inkling the salesperson was lying. We had a teak bench but was told they could not use it. If we ordered one from them, it was $2K! they sell online for $125. So we did not get the seat. Not sure we got the stone b... read more

TLDR: Absolutely horrible. The only positive: the installers. Those two guys were amazing, especially as they were working in the sleet and snow. The rest: I paid the deposit and signed a contract with the sales agent. Long Home apparently lost it: I contacted them after six weeks and they could not find my contract. At least they finally sent an individual to take measurements (supposed to have happened within days—not weeks!—of signing the contract). Long Baths Performed a bath to shower conversion at my home in Williamsport, md on September 21st and 22nd of 2022. At the completion of the installation, I made long baths aware of several issues with the product and / or installation. Had a shower installed December 17. I have an issue with the arm of the shower, I have to hassle people for a response. Project manager told me to fix it myself, I shouldn’t have to do that for a brand new shower costing $14,000. Over a month later and It’s still not resolved. The customer service is terrible, I try to follow up twice a week and they either pass me along to another person or to sent straight to voicemail. They preach reliability but have been anything but.
