This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. I should have learned from the first installation they did at my home around 2019 when they installed my front screen and storm door. Not realizing it was the same company, I used them again for siding and gutter installation. In May 2024, my front door lock, which they installed, malfunctioned and locked me out of my house. My husband and I agreed to have Long Home Products install a new shower for us at the end of January of 2024. The first part of the installation took place fairly quickly, in the middle of February 2024. As of today, nearly 6 months later, we are still waiting for the shower door and glass wall to be installed. I have called numerous times asking for an estimate to when the job will be completed. Very professional presentation, but pitched to my mother who is 93 years old. The quote started at $62,071 for a full roof replacement (3000sf) if they held the quote for 1 year. If they held the quote for 30 days, the quote became $54,806. If they walked out of her home at 830PM on a Thursday evening with a check in hand for $45,831 then she could have her roof withing 3 weeks. Don't waste your time. We were excited to get a standing seam roof on out new construction. They came out took pictures and sent a contract for $29,975 with obtained financing through ***** ***. It was a little higher than some other quotes we obtained but the completion time was sooner. Weeks go by and then they contact me and say they underestimated the roof size using their computer program by 1,100sf and the new price is $51,410 or the job will be canceled. I wish I wouldn't have wasted my time with them.

I purchased ******** SeriousWindows 600 Series vinyl replacement windows from Long Windows (part of Long Home Products) on October 31, 2009. The installation was quick, neat, and very impressive. The windows work well. They are double-pane windows with an inert gas between the windows and sadly that gas often leaks. Long Windows replaced about 14 (top-bottom pairs) old windows in 2009, and so far I have had issues with six of the individual Long windows. Had Long come out to give me a quote for a custom shower repair that would be "good for one year" as advertised. They gave me an estimate -- but if I signed up that today it would be one-third less (the usual "hard sell" tactic"). I signed up, with a three day recission period, but then I was off for a business trip and the three days soon passed. This is a two part roof job that was three weeks longer then expected with no calls from customer service about delays or materials not available then the call came they were there roof was on cleanup done now the 2nd roof was is going to be metal looked great on his computer and the fast talking man was there to sell now after the 1st roof went on no issues finance company calls payment is due roof is completed ghosted on there end very sad service if I do say so myself should have sent him on his way that day now here I si... read more

Contracted Long Baths (Long Home Products) to install new shower on 3/21/24. Salesmen were very professional. 4/18/24 New shower installed. The contractors did a terrific job on the installation, very hard working contractors. All was good, except they were suppose to extend one shower wall about 4 inches around corner. They did a bad job on my tub to shower conversion. The temperature control dial fell off right away, and the guys who came to put it back on did it wrong, so it had to be fixed again. Also, some of the work was very sloppy, and when someone came to fix that it was only very slightly better. Their communication is terrible. One guy I delt with told me he was a project manager and the "problem solver of the company". Ha ha!
