On June 14, 2024, I gave Long Baths salesman a deposit of $4,800. for a Jet Tub. It is now more than 3 months and I have not received the product but keep getting a variety of excuses for non-delivery, including wrong appointment time, wrong color, wrong measurements. I want my deposit returned or the product I ordered. This company clearly does not know what they are doing. -Stanley G******

The worst experience I have had with a contractor just trying to setup an appointment to get an estimate for the work I need done. I received a flyer and called to get an appointment. I was looking for windows, doors and roofing. The two different people I spoke with were kept harping on the fact that both decision makers had to be at the appointment. Kevin K Working with Long Home Improvements Salesman, Pretty good at the sales presentation. But once he sold the product he basically would not return calls. He knew there were problems but never called. Promises made were not fulfilled: English speaking supervisor on the job whole day to communicate with. Supervisor was there for ½ hour then left for another job. A 2nd supervisor showed up in the late afternoon for the last hour. Careful workman, with no damage to house. I am in the midst of a now 2 month bathroom project. My hall bathroom and the master. This was supposed to be a 2 day project. One of the reasons I chose to go with Lomg. I am disabled and did not want to go through the months long production times of other contractors due to my physical limitations. There has been so much wrong with this project. I have had nothing but problems with this company since the roof has been installed. I am writing this on August 31st 2024, I have been trying since May of 2024 to get my roof repaired. I received a phone call on August 29th to confirm my appointment for August 30th for the repairs and then nobody showed up on the 30th. Not even a phone call to cancel. Nothing. We recently had to replace our roof quickly, due to our insurance company giving a designated date to complete work. I responded to an ad to get a quote and received a phone call immediately. Within a couple days, someone was out here to share information about the company, the process and give us a quote. The salesman was friendly and knowledgeable. Work was completed within the month. I would not suggest you use this company.I purchased a bathroom install for over $10,000 of which the appearance looks very nice but it's not tile like I thought it was going to be. The crew caused a break in my kitchen ceiling , which is above the bathroom, they fixed it. So far things have been ok but it changes. We were told not to use the shower for 24 hours and we didn't, After we used the shower we noticed water dripping down the wall not from where they repaired it but somewhere different. BUYER Beware! LHP brochure claims-quality products, excellent communication and unparallel craftmanship. I am still waiting for all of the above to happen. The task was to upgrade shower walls and add a vanity in a full bath. Met with the (Product Specialist) in April, took pictures of our ordered materials.
