Stay far away from this place. Orders are consistently wrong, multiple missing items. They force you to order with the servers instead of through the app. They force you to prepay a predetermined tip for service you haven't even gotten which is always horrendous. And MOST OF ALL, one of the servers there was with a putrid attitude, abusive, confrontational, rude and harassing. We had to walk out of the theater without ordering and without seeing the movie. I love going to the movies--especially theaters that offer food and beverages. That being said, LOOK is a fantastic theater with great ambience, but lately, there have been recurring issues that are hard to overlook. Two weeks ago, the only available drink from the fountain was Dr. Pepper. Then, on my most recent visit, we ordered several items, including buffalo wings, only to be told afterward that they had no ranch or blue cheese dressing. Went to the Superman Amazon Prime Early Access Screening on July 8th. As soon as the film started, you could tell there was a problem, it was being shown in the wrong ratio. The Screen wasn't wide enough, nor was it tall enough. The opening credits ran and the screen said "uperma"!! subtitles appeared and you couldn't see/read them below the bottom of the screen. This place... is not great. It's conveniently located and has great potential, but tons of issues. I'm not sure if it's just understaffed but it has no shortage of problems. When my daughter went with her friends, they couldn't order anything and no one ever came around, so good news is I saved money but bad news no drinks or popcorn during movie. DO NOT go see #Sinners at LOOK Dine-In Cinema Dobbs Ferry! Last night, my sister and I went to see the blockbuster Sinners starring Michael B. Jordan, Wunmi Mosaku, Miles Caton, and Hailee Steinfeld -- directed by the incredible Ryan Coogler. If I could give 0 stars, I would. My experience at LOOK Dine-In Theatre was absolutely horrible. The staff was rude and disrespectful, especially Ricardo (the manager) and another server. I ordered seltzer water and was given Sprite -- which I cannot drink -- and when I asked for it to be corrected, the server argued, used aggressive gestures, and disrupted our movie. My wife purchased 2 tickets for Sinners Friday, 04/26/2025. She spent close to $50 to purchase these tickets online. No confirmation was sent. My wife tried every way possible to contact this company. She has called several times, emailed and we even went to the theater early to ensure we could receive our tickets. Movie was great. Saw King of Kings with my seven year-old granddaughter seats were comfortable. Sound was great... ordered food which included pretzel bites and Danna and a cold salad at 12:30. The movie started at 12:50 did not receive food until 1:45. Totally unacceptable when I called the local phone number to see where my order was it went straight to voicemail... don't take your kids here.. very disappointing..
