lack of care for stolen items i told the staff working there somebody stole my phone all they did was tell me to give them my friends number and they will get back to me. Nothing has happened and i have been waiting for weeks for a update might as well report my phone stolen for the police

Here for a 2nd time. First time the service was so bad they comped our next visit. This time service and food was just as bad. Regular Coke tasted exactly like diet, wife's food came waaay late, my $17 bbq bacon cheeseburger had a dime sized amount of bbq sauce so it was completely dry. The best part about the horrible experience is they tack on a mandatory $14 "livable wage fee" on your bill so they're charging you up front for the bad service. I wanted to like this spot, but it just felt like a poor experience. My partner and I grabbed some food at the mini bar/restaurant while we waited for our movie to start. The people working at the bar were disorganized, seemingly having trouble managing the drink and food orders by various patrons. The high-top chairs were very uncomfortable, and our table was sticky. The wait staff/dining and beverage service here is sub par. I've been here twice with family and our food and drink orders have been totally wrong. I've also been overcharged on my credit card for items I did NOT purchase for which I had to then had to call and dispute with my credit card.

Theater is is a mess. Food comes out quickly but we waited 64 minutes before going to find someone to ask where our drinks were and 87 total minutes to ask for a manager. The movie was over before our drinks came. The food is very salty. The fries...phenomenal. I'll give credit where it's due. Overall, very dirty, expensive, awful service. Skip this place.

What an absolute abomination of a theater. If I could give half a star, I would. The only salvageable feature of this theater is that the seats are comfy. I went to see WICKED and they didn't turn off the lights? The lights are so bright in order for the servers to see where they're going as they stomp up and down the aisles- for the entire duration of the movie. This place is an absolute joke the movie screen was so far out of focus i thought i was watching a bootleg dvd from 1999 and when i complained the manager flat out admitted he knew about it but corporate told him not to close the theater so basically they just keep taking peoples money knowing the movie is garbage he gave me free tickets like that was supposed to make up for wasting my night i dont want free tickets i want a theater that actually works the food is a complete scam the prices are insane like you need a small l... read more
