The service at the front was nice. There are plenty of food options available, and they are delivered to your seat quickly. I enjoyed the popcorn, chocolate, soda, nachos, and milkshake. I truly enjoyed the entire movie experience.
This movie theatre is truly a gem and offers a one of a kind experience. The food (I got the chicken tenders with ranch and regular fries) was amazing and the servers brought my food fresh and right when the movie started. My Server, Arlo was very helpful and excels at his job. Carissa at the front really helped with my parking validation and making me feel welcomed from the moment I walked in. This is an outstanding movie theatre and I highly encourage you to go check it out. I would rate it 10 stars if I could!!!
I'm done with LOOK Dine-In Cinemas! Both Glendale and Monrovia have gone down the tubes. It's ashame because I have been a loyal customer since 2020 before the name change. It's my go-to theater of choice but unfortunately, poorly maintained theaters (ie broken seats, unclean tables and broken coms) bad service, and mid food... I'll have to find another alternative. I had such a great time at this dine-in movie theater. Our server Angel and Celina were very attentive and friendly. The seats were incredibly comfortable, the service was fast and the food was good and delivered right to my seat without disrupting the movie. Absolutely loved the movie—definitely a 5-star watch! The whole experience was even better thanks to the great service. We were able to order popcorn, candy, and drinks right from our seats, which made everything super convenient. The seats were really comfortable, and having snacks delivered directly to us in the theater made it feel like a premium experience. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a relaxed and enjoyable movie night!
