I'm done with LOOK Dine-In Cinemas! Both Glendale and Monrovia have gone down the tubes. It's ashame because I have been a loyal customer since 2020 before the name change. It's my go-to theater of choice but unfortunately, poorly maintained theaters (ie broken seats, unclean tables and broken coms) bad service, and mid food... I'll have to find another alternative. I decided to host my mother’s 78th birthday there with the whole family to see Wicked Too and it was AMAZING. The staff was wonderful and the manager in particular (I believe his name was Scott) really went out of his way to take care of our party and make sure we were talented care of and having a good time. GREAT EXPERIENCE !
I’ve been here weekly since purchasing the Infinity Club pass this past Thanksgiving. Most of the screens in this formerly Mann’s complex are amazing. Excellent visual and multi channel audio. Comfortable reclining seats. Great selection of current films, including some independent and foreign language productions. I had an excellent experience at LOOK Dine‑In Cinemas Glendale, thanks to Blake, the manager. He was incredibly fast and professional in resolving an issue with another guest who was chewing loudly and disrupting the movie. Blake handled everything calmly and respectfully, which I really appreciated. He even went above and beyond by providing tickets for the next day, which was very kind and thoughtful. The idea of this place is nice- food service while you watch a movie, but the experience isn’t as great in practice. The food was cold, the seats were all torn up on the leather and broken. If I wasn’t paying such a premium price maybe I wouldn’t have minded as much. I will say that all the staff were extremely kind but I can’t imagine ever going back here.
