We had a fine experience but I don't think I'm in a hurry to come back! The biggest pro of this place to me is that the tickets are typically cheaper than the AMC at the Americana. We arrived towards the end of the trailers and used the button on our chairs to call over a server to order food. My partner got a beer and I ordered the coconut chicken with sweet potato fries. This was my first time at a LOOK location, and I watched Last Breath in PX (Premium Experience). The massive screen made for an immersive viewing experience--while I'm not sure if it's as big as IMAX, it definitely felt engaging. The image was crisp, and the sound quality was sharp. The luxury reclining chairs come with heating, cooling for beverages, and a built-in light. The food was decent, and I recommend ordering with a server to avoid the app's convenience fee. I thought about the number of stars because I try to see things from the business and consumer POV. Last night's experience, one of a few excursions I had planned for my hubby's bday was a real letdown. The stakes higher/the disappointment bigger given it was for his special day. Honestly, I don't know why the reviews for this place are so bad. I came here by word to mouth recommendation and was a little scared when I saw it had very few stars.. but my experience was great! I went with my husband and we were marveled at the space. It's very big, clean, modern, and also very empty. Honestly, can't go wrong with an infinity membership. It's $99 for a year of unlimited movies. They also validate parking. Every theater has recliners, some are a little more worn but they still recline! Excited for a year of movies @ Look.

Ambiance was great. Theatre seats were patchy though. Food absolutely trash. Something is wrong with their nacho cheese. It's like worse than metal can cheese. It's like water mixed with cheese and it a weird color. It is also flavorless. Happy hour is cool 5-7, 9-close.

I read some of the negative reviews of this place and honestly I'm not sure what the issue is. The theater is clean and well managed. I didn't see any worn-out seats. Our order came quickly, within a few minutes. The popcorn was very fresh, better than anything at Americana. The only complaint I have is that they should have parking info on the website. We'd definitely come back here.

This is a great theater depending on the occasion . You can generally order food at anytime literally during the movie to mess up the movie for those around you. You can also quite easily expect to pay an arm and leg for basic food. You are 10x better going to go eat before or after the movie might run you cheaper and taste better. The seats are comfy and the rooms well have great sound. Just bothersome that theirs so much going on around you while your trying to enjoy the film, but depends on the people.
We watched Moana 2 on a Tuesday evening and got an amazing deal--just $6.50 per ticket, totaling $19.50 for three people. We bought the tickets an hour before the movie started. One issue to note is that the food comes from the Theater 1-2 side, and there's no roof connecting Theater 1-2 to the other theaters. On rainy days, food and drinks can get exposed to rain while being transported--something to consider when ordering food.
