Recliner are broken. Food was pricey and did not taste good. Flys were flying around inside. This place went downhill fast from my last visit a few years ago

The theater is fine. It is the customers of Glendale that are the worst, entitled, disgusting animals that cause it to be a bad theater. Talking during the movie, acting like slots and leaving things in the aisle when people have to walk through them, standing all in the through-ways when you're trying to exit and leave. The wait staff and the guy who was there on 4/11 @ 4:30PM gave the best experience and some great food.

BEWARE. I bought my daughter a gift renewal membership and it came with the wrong name - I believe her account was not even credited. Then they closed the Look theater near her with no warning. Watch out don't buy gift anything from them - I have sent 7 messages asking for a reply - nothing.

this place is so booty. it's all on your phone and if you don't get there early then you're going to be on the phone trying to order some freaking popcorn while the movie is playing. I ordered the popcorn and it didn't arrive at all. i had to get up and miss a chunk of the movie to try and find a worker and ask about my order. Best believe i got my popcorn cause that was like $16. i didn't have a good time but at least the seats were comfy

The only good experience was when we first got there and sat at Millegra's bar. After that, we used the restrooms. There were homeless people squatting in both bathrooms. Trash was everywhere, lights were flickering like a scary movie, two urinals were covered with garbage bags. When we got into the theatre, it's very hot. Air was just...stagnant, without airflow. I used to love this place. In a post-Arclight LA, with AMC being the Nicole Kidman-riddled hellhole that it is, Look was a beacon of light. Sadly, I went to see 2 films, six months apart, in theater 3, and the left screen speaker was blown out both times. What makes this worse is that I informed them of this the first time I heard it, as I mix films for a living and have heard my work in this room, and they assured me they would look into it. LOOK Dine-In Cinemas Glendale Very disappointing experience. The food itself was brought out on time, but our soft drinks arrived more than halfway into the movie, which defeats the purpose of a dine-in theater experience. The seats are also getting noticeably worse, and the restrooms that are currently open are dirty and poorly maintained. This was my first time visiting this theater, and unfortunately, I wouldn't come back. When we arrived, we entered through what I later learned was the second building through the bar, which was extremely confusing for first-timers. We really needed help and finally came across an employee, but he was not helpful at all. I explained that it was our first visit and that we didn't know where to go.
