Title: Horrible Accessibility Issues & Rude Management - Avoid This Location I took my family here, including a disabled family member, and the experience was a complete disaster from start to finish. i'd love to say this was a great fresh experience but unfortunately I cannot. I drove all the way to Glendale, I don't live anywhere near, here just to experience the dining experience . I get to the theater just before the movie starts. I look through the menu to place my order and do so after about an hour and a half it became very clear that I was not going to get my food. Ive had decent experience here but today I was a bit disgusted. I saw a roach just walking across the bottom floor seating area. I would've taken a photo but it quickly went across the other side. Also, no one had cleaned our seats prior to the movie so we had to move the left over food to the side so we can sit because the movie was starting. Please do better.

Absolutely horrible. We came here for a dine in experience for our daughter to enjoy as her own treat. The food and drinks were about $200 dollars spent and it arrived all cold. It was not as pictured in there online catalog or even what was shown at the ordering kiosks or menus. The popcorn was stale. The jalepeno flavor we got for us adults was gross and soggy there was only 3 slices of jalepeno inside. It's like they just dumped juice on top and threw in whatever they had in the kitchen. I keep giving this place a chance but today will be the last time I'm here, takes forever to get food order when it comes it's completely cold. I ordered mozzarella sticks for my daughter. The cheese came frozen solid in it. I requested initially to see the server. It took about 30 minutes for the server to show up. Then I was told if I want anything else I can order online. Not any better than the old Monrovia LOOK. Same company, same problems. Sometimes the wrong food served, other times cold food served, weird gloopy hard cheese, etc. Most auditorium seats are in disrepair, seat numbers missing, crumbs everywhere, literal duct tape on some of the seats to hold them together. 50/50 whether your seat will recline or not. Smelled like a backed up sewer when we arrived, not an auspicious start. I ordered food & so did my date. His came, but mine didn't like an hour into the movie (ordered before it started). Spent 15 minutes trying to figure out how to call someone & ask about it. No call button. No way to report an issue in their app. We were disturbing nearby people & had already missed a bunch of the movie trying to sort it out, so we left to try to find help. Spend your money elsewhere! I spent almost $200 here and they still made me pay $3 for a cup of TAP WATER. Seems like something small, but it's the principal. If your prices are already high and your customers already are spending a lot of money on tickets and food, at least provide tap water when requested for free. Nickel and diming is not a way to get repeat customers. Also, you can't order food from your seats; there's no button and servers don't come to take your order. What happened to this place. We get there. Print out our tickets. We are told that the theater is being cleaned. To wait. Grab a drink at the bar, was there for 15 minutes. Drink felt watered down. I don't like them strong. But I want a tasty drink. Ok I let that pass. We go back in. Finally allowed in. The theater was so dirty. It was gross. Did they not tell us they were cleaning it?
