It's getting better! Service got much faster, the food came out fairly quickly. My sweet potatoes were already almost cold when they arrived (probably were just sitting there for a while), but other than that the food was delicious. It's also great that their menu has plenty of healthy options, like rice bowls. I will keep coming here because I love that this theatre is never too busy and I always get great seats.

My two brothers, husband, and I came here to watch Ballerina and it was a good experience. We enjoyed the reclining seats it was clean and comfy. You can order your meals at your seat. Highly recommend coming here. Not too busy so the service was quick.
Food is better than expected. Cocktails are weak. Service was better than expected. They do work hard
It's PLUSH & FULL SERVICE. It has food and a full bar. They offer happy hour. You can order food and drink brought to your seat. They have a large menu. The seats, fully recline legs and back and neck support. There is a charger for your phone and there are two cupholders the standard size offers heating and cooling for the drinks! They also have ample parking.
Comfortable place to watch a film. Concession prices are a bit steep but in all fairness they are delivered to your seat!
I've been to theaters all over the country--New York, Austin, even abroad--but LOOK Cinemas Glendale stands in a league of its own. Amazing experience every time I go. It's always great to have a reclining chair to enjoy the movie the food and drinks are always delicious and the service and manager are truly wonderful people and always so attentive to customers feels like family thank you
After seeing the reviews here I was very skeptical of this cinema, but I had a fantastic experience. The lobby and the seats are really nice, with a great bar in front for pre-show. Restrooms were clean on my visit. The popcorn bowl is gigantic, and the cup holders have a cooling function. Screen and sound were great, too. Don't know what else you could ask for. In short, ignore the reviews here and check it out for yourself.
