I like how cozy the seats are, the staff is friendly, and we *always* get the cookies 😋. They come out HOT and gooey, with ice cream on the side. The combo is so good. This is the only theater we go to. What I really love about it is the low key vibe. Went to go watch hoppers and got provided with great customer service from Daniel! He made sure that me & my family had everything we needed and was tentative towards us. Definitely a great worker with an amazing positive attitude! Movie was also great and I look forward to returning soon. 😊

We have been going to this theater since it opened. The quality of service has rapidly declined since mid-2025. I place an order of food and drinks each time during the previews. The second-to-last time, they brought out half the food and completely forgot about the other half until I had to call for service to remind them about it half way through the movie. A date idea?!? Our first time going to a dinner & movie theater. Sadly, I was expecting a bit better since it has 4.2 Star reviews. We enjoyed the kindness of the lady who served us and the only other redeeming quality was the fact that they had a cauliflower crust / gluten free pizza. That is all the pros. The cons: 1.
