A date idea?!? Our first time going to a dinner & movie theater. Sadly, I was expecting a bit better since it has 4.2 Star reviews. We enjoyed the kindness of the lady who served us and the only other redeeming quality was the fact that they had a cauliflower crust / gluten free pizza. That is all the pros. The cons: 1. I used to come to LOOK Dine-In Cinemas a few times a month, but unfortunately that’s no longer the case. The overall quality has gone downhill. The seats are dirty more often than not, the food either takes far too long to arrive or comes out cold, and the theaters themselves seem to regularly have issues with the movie being out of focus or improperly cropped. I go here often and I always leave a tip, however LOOK has started adding a Living Wage Service Fee. What in the world is that? I guess it's another way for the company to rely on the customer instead of paying their employees livable wages. I KNEW something was up when I wasn't asked to tip both times I ordered something but decided to review my receipt at home. Quite possibly one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a movie theater. I’m new to the area and decided to go watch the recent UFC event since I saw they were showing it. We got to the theater and I scanned my tickets from my phone, and the employee said the tickets were invalid and from a previous event.
