Veteran, was going to use USAA because, why not. probably about a month to 5 weeks before closing, USAA declines my loan because I could not come up with 12,000 dollars for closing costs. My realtor told me to call Lou. My loan was approved through GRA in about 2-3 weeks, and I even made money at closing, though I think I just got lucky. Definitely will recommend to any friends down the line.
