Lou was fantastic getting the requisite paperwork and approvals together on very short timelines. He explained the process well using relatable language and answered all of my detailed questions. In the end, I felt confident that all the ducks would be lined up the day that I was signing my mortgage and officially purchasing the house. Definitely would recommend Lou and his team for their professionalism and ability to get things taken care of; especially happy with the work done on such tight timelines.
