Lou worked with my realtor, Dave Warren, to help me settle into my first home. Every time we were ready to make a bid, Dave got Lou on the phone, and Lou immediately figured out my monthly payments. He and his staff ushered my loan through the approval process with great attention to detail. Even after the closing, Lou remained available if I had any questions.
