Worst service ever, food ok, but only luke warm at best. Cold French fries. Drinks came out perfect first time around although we waited over 30 minutes for them. Put a second round in and after another 30 minutes they came out wrong-completely different than the first round. Weird. Would not go back… a shame because it’s a good vibe with potential
The service was very slow. Took 15 mins for someone’ to show up at our table for just a drink order. Entrees took forever to come out.
Two out of three dinners were good. The third, ahi tuna, was over cooked and left us wondering if it was truly ahi grade tuna. The two bartenders in a half filled bar, two hours before closing, were very inattentive. It took a long wait for a drink order, they never came back to offer a second. While one cleaned up, the other focused on a conversation with another couple. I had to "interrupt" his conversation to ask for the bill.
Terrible slow service. Two of three entrees came and the third one came 20 minutes later after many requests but it was the wrong entree. Bloody Mary’s were bland Entrees were mediocre at best Walked out paying $100 with tip - over priced. They did comp the late/wrong entree.
Ugh. What a mess. I never leave a bad review but in this case I’d like to spare future diners from the experience. The restaurant group that owns this better pay attention to what is going on here. Simple bad. Bad service, filthy bathrooms, tables unmade (excuse me can we have spoons, sugar and salt). The floor under the table was full of crumbs and a dirty bandaid. But worst of all the food that came out of this kitchen should have been an embarrassment.
Terrible service! Waited 1hr for our food, water never got replaced and orders got mixed up.
Terrible. Forgot our drink order. Food was not hot. Server never returned to table to check on order. Too long of a wait between courses.
Lucie is nice for a hotel restaurant but the large TV over the bar and the seating arrangements of the tables under almost flood lights did not make for a cozy ambience. We were a party of two and on a quiet night without a lot of guests there, would have appreciated being given a booth rather than a tiny table because the amount of dishes ordered crowded our table. Our first table had the most ridiculous chairs— way too low and only our heads were above the table. We asked to be reseated and our second table was better. Service was slow and our server disappeared for long periods. We starred with ribs and a salad, both quite good. I then had mussels which were awful and should not have been served. My fries arrived barely warm. There are much better dining options in the area.
