It's easy and painful to write this review. We went to the restaurant and were seated with water....we waited 30 minutes and no one even came to our table to take our order. We have been looking forward to dining at Lucie for a very special occasion. This was a terrible experience that we will never forget. The hostess did nothing. She was busy putting chairs away. Why did we get treated this way. Not much else to say but really??? Why us!!!

Everything was bad. The noise level was low because it was empty. My boyfriend had water and/or his drink spilled on him about 3-4 times. Wait staff seemed to not know what they were doing. Avocado toast was not toast at all, instead soggy bread. Assorted muffins app was one muffin and just sad. We left before ordering entrees and instead went elsewhere. I’ve never felt so inclined to leave mid-meal except for this brunch.

Food is not good. I liked our server. She did a great job but she needs to move to a place that matches her service with quality of food.

Service is poor. Very slow, didn’t come check on us, food took forever, had to ask for new cutlery. Didn’t ask if we wanted more drinks and when we asked, they said the bar was closing. Food was just ok.

A lot of progress to be made here. Very underwhelming drinks. We also had the blandest worst shrimp I’ve ever had in a restaurant, which is also pretty bad considering this is Boston. Would not recommend or return

Came here after a Sox game and ordered food because we were starving. Our waitress didn’t put our order in, and then clocked out and left. 45 minutes go by and we ask where our pizza is and the other server lets us know his co worker never put it in. The kitchen was now closed and he offered us the late night menu which had close to nothing. He was very accommodating considering the circumstances. Left hungry and dissatisfied.

Dirty tables abound. None of the waitstaff bothered to clear off tables. I don’t know who they were waiting for to do that. There were maybe 4 active tables. It was one of the most unpleasant dining experiences. If they want to be part of the Colonnade Hotel then they need to yo their game. Food was decent. But service stunk.

While the restaurant is incredible aesthetically, the service and the poor quality of the food really caused me to have a poor dining experience. If I’m going to pay high prices for a meal in Boston, I expect not only high quality food, but service that is to match. I know it will be a long time until I return to LUCIE, if at all.

The service was poor. Our waitress took forever to bring us our drinks, forever to bring us our food, and forever to bring us the check. We had to ask someone else to get her. She never came back to check on us after we were served. And while the food portion size was great, I didn’t like my dish that much. I got the lobster and pasta in a spicy sauce and it was very salty. We went right across the street to Pressed Cafe afterwards.
