The place is fine in terms of decor, nothing special. The service was slow, but our waitress eventually brought us everything. The biggest issue with this place is the food. It's mediocre at best and literally the bare minimum. It costs $19 for a single Belgian waffle round (which was rather dense and tough) with a handful of berries. Absolutely criminal. I would never waste my money here again. Go anywhere else.

I came to Lucie with a few friends, and was disappointed with the service. The food itself was okay, not great. The server only came by our table every 30-40 minutes, so we were quite hungry and didn't get to order as many drinks as we would have liked. I was surprised the service was so slow considering the restaurant wasn't even that busy.
The food was delicious, but the service took ages. We ordered drinks and a starter at the beginning. It took over 30 minutes for the food to get to our table, in which time nobody checked on us or refilled our water and our drinks didn’t get there. After we finally got our food and drinks we ordered another food item which took another 20 minutes to get there. The food was delicious but overall was not worth the wait considering there weren’t many other tables there
Our waitress did not acknowledge that I ordered a drink, my date’s soup came out then her drink as I sat with nothing and when I asked her again about my drink she did not apologize she just simply said “I didn’t hear you” and took another 7-10 mins for my drink to arrive. The food seemed as though it was not fresh. There was a waiter who helped and was courteous. I tipped him personally but did not want to tip our waitress but did so begrudgingly.
The food was unfortunately really bad :/ I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. One of our dishes was actually spoiled and they didn’t take it off the bill. Had high expectations, which sadly fell flat.
Food was delicious, drinks not so much, ambiance was nice and aesthetically pleasing. Probably the worst service, ever. I understand staffing issues, but we were table 1 of 4 total in the whole restaurant plus a party in the back. All our server had to do was communicate with us but she hardly checked in with us or even looked over. We had to grab somebody else to ask for a water refill and to take our order.
