Good food but service was terrible. We arrived at 7:30, and didn’t leave until 9:45. Everything was so slow, and the waitress clearly forgot to put in our dessert order (which we waited 40 minutes for) but blamed it on the kitchen being backed up. Recognize that it’s tough with places being understaffed right now, but taking ownership of the situation would have gone a long way.

I had tried to call ahead to merge my reservation with my friends' reservation for the same time and no one answered with several attempts. I asked the same question when I arrived and I learned that my reservation for 6 was actually downgraded to 5 with no alert, and the only option to seat the combined parties was to sit in the waiting area, which was fine with ambiance but with poor service and difficulty eating. The food and drink was fine but disappointed with the service in what I had hoped would be a nice dining exper... read more

Their chocolate french toast doesn’t have chocolate in it. So I had to wait double the time for a replacement but the new dish came back with plain French toast drizzled lightly with chocolate. My friend ordered an omelet with sausage but got ham instead.

The service and food were horrible. It took forever for the server to take our drink order and when we asked for help she said sorry we are changing shifts. I understand the change in shifts but we should have been told when we sat down. Also the food is nothing to write home about. Salty and more salty. I ordered the Bologna’s and it had too much salt that was all you could taste. I would skip this restaurant.

We had brunch there. Place looked fine, comfortable tables but the food portions were SO small for the price. I had a $15 salad that was barely the size of a side salad, not close to big enough for a lunch (which it should be at that price). It also took 55 min to get our food, and the place was not full. When I finally got my tiny salad, it was not dressed, took another 5 min to get dressing and then they brought this HUGE bowl of dressing. Waiter took off the price of two coffees, which is nice, but hardly compensation sin... read more

Our server, Kat, clearly had too many tables and couldn’t keep up. I understand the labor shortage and am understanding almost all of the time, however this was a unique situation. She clearly knew the three women eating next to us (as did the rest of the restaurant staff) and took a lot of time to stop and chat with them. Fine with me if you can keep up with your other tables, but she could not. The manager, bus boy and bus girl picked up her slack. I’m ok with that, however it was when Kat started running her hands through... read more

Only problem -- the room is noisy with much less soft edges than the past...and the "music" was too loud for usual conversation. This may work well for 20 year olds, but not for those over the age of 60.

I was charged more and no one picks up the phone to get my money back.

Went here for brunch and was disappointed after having seen a menu online. None of the menu items were available and instead the only option was a buffet with very simple items (e.g. pancakes, french toast, sausage, bacon, yogurt). Marketing indicated this was a restaurant rather than just a step above continental breakfast meal option for hotel guests. I would not recommend as it was only okay and severely over priced.
